The company, established for producing energy cables, has a product range to fulfill all requirements of the industry with productions of copper communication cable, fiber optical cable, Data and LAN cable, energy cable, aluminum conductor, electrolytic copper wire, enamel magnet wire, PVC granule, HFFR granule and high voltage energy cable as a result of its development in a short period.

Preference of the World Leaders
Objectives of Boyteks, established in the mid-2000 and whose main scope of activity is manufacture of jacquard weaving and knitted bed cover, are increasing its competitive power at home and abroad and extending its market share.
The company, starting to production with 24 machines, has continuously increased its capacity since its establishment and raised the number of bed cover machines to 168 and number of knitted fabric machines to 74 in the year 2008.
Boyteks, exporting 72% of its total bed cover production, sells the remaining 28% to the national companies. The company, performing an export of USD 51 million 748 thousand 221 in 2007, realized an export of FOB 63 million 585 thousand 664 dollar in the year 2008.
Boyteks Kayseri Fctory, started to be preferred by the world leaders due to its production technology and quality perception in a short while, has caused its quality to be registered with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certificates.
It is estimated that Boyteks, ranked 255th in the 2007 Export List, shall be ranked in the first 208 in the list of export for the year 2008 according to results of the research carried out by Turkish Exporters Assembly.
Besides the company is ranked 387th with the 2008 sales in the general industry in the survey of the biggest 500 companies of the country organized by Istanbul Chamber of Industry.
The first company awarded with CERTIPUR certificate in Turkey
Form Sünger, which is the single facility of Boydak Holding in the field of chemistry was established on January 9, 2002. The company with TRY 10 million registered and paid capital operates in a total area of 62 thousand m2 with 34 thousand m2 covered area and 28 thousand m2 open area.
Adapazarı branch of the company, producing high quality polyurethane foam whose production activity input is high such as armchair, sofa, bed, automotive, home textile, package, heat and sound insulation, started to production in the year 2007.
The company, realizing 60% of its total production for the factories incorporated in Boydak Holding and delivering the remaining 40% to the other producing companies with the wide distribution network in Turkey, carries out its activities with 188 personnel 169 of which in Kayseri center and 19 in Adapazarı . Flexible polyurethane foams in various colors, dimension, types and physical characteristics are produced in the international standards in the Form Sünger facilities which is the leader of polyurethane foam industry with foam production of 800 thousand m3. Form Sünger, holding TSEN ISO 9001-2008, OHSAS 18001-2008 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 14001 Environment Management certificates, is the first company in Turkey which was awarded with CERTIPUR certificate by producing foam in compliance with the SHE (Safety, Healthy, Environment) standards developed by European Association of Flexible Polyurethane Foam Blocks Manufacturers (EUROPUR).
The year 2008 import of Form Sünger, producing 17 thousand 500 tones of raw materials in 2008, realized as 27 million 500 thousand dollar.

Boyser, operating across the country with its 120 expert vehicles and 472 expert employees subject to 17 regional directorates, shall continue to provide services in the field of after sales services in furniture industry in line with its objectives by maintaining its leading and pioneer role in 2009, as well. The company shall continue to provide quality service for creating happy, brand addict customers as per the regulations and principles determined.
Window opening to Europe
Alfa Möbelvertriebs, starting to its commercial activities in Dortmund on February 22, 1977, was established for “being the window of Turkey opening to Europe” and performing its duties in relation to becoming European base.
The company provides logistic support to the group companies besides the sales support. Besides, monitoring the industrial developments in Europe and performing researches on the basis of the data obtained are among duties of the company.
Alfa Möbelvertriebs, serving with 24 people in total comprising 10 administrative personnel, 4 drivers, 4 repair/service personnel, 5 warehouse officer, has 14 vehicles (articulated lorry, trailer, etc.) and 13.750 m2 covered warehouse with high shelf system.
The company, performing shipment to totally 600 points located in Germany, Austria, Luxemburg and Netherlands, serves to some of its customers through direct shipments from Turkey, as well.
