13 years have passed since establishment of Boytaş in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone in 1995. Boytaş, obtaining a prestigious status among the leading industrial companies of the country with a net turnover of TRY 434 million 931 thousand it received in the year 2008 despite being a quite young company, is one of the companies making the greatest contribution to the country economy with the value it has created, employment, Re-De and technology investments, export income and taxes it has paid.
The company, obtaining TRY 434 million 931 thousand from its net sales due to increase by %10 despite the increasing competition and new players in the market, has realized its turnover target in the rate of 96%.
Foreign share in total shares of Boytaş, increasing its sales to the international markets by 46% compared to the previous year, has increased by 9%. The company carries out its activities in a very relaxed manner for increasing this figure to 12% in the short term.
Boytaş, whose gross sales profit has been 6%, has continuously developed its production productivity and increased its production power with its enterprises equipped with improved human resources and the machines with cutting edge technology required by the age.
Boytaş (as management and employees) which believes absolutely that the figures realized in the year 2008 shall continue by increasing in 2009, has carried on to create difference in all the business fields by developing new technologies, reflecting the new applications and technologies to the business processes rapidly.
There are 18 “six sigma” projects in progress in Boytaş enterprises. In the field of simple production projects, the targets and the operations to be improved have been determined for the year 2009.

The new logistics warehouse construction, started for storing raw materials and products, has also been completed and put into service besides the directorate general building redesigned and started to be used in the year 2008. Payroll module of Boytaş, where studies have been initiated in the field of performance management and career management applications in line with the importance attached to human resources, has been completed.
