The first company awarded with CERTIPUR certificate in Turkey

Form Sünger, which is the single facility of Boydak Holding in the field of chemistry was established on January 9, 2002. The company with TRY 10 million registered and paid capital operates in a total area of 62 thousand m2 with 34 thousand m2 covered area and 28 thousand m2 open area.
 
Adapazarı branch of the company, producing high quality polyurethane foam whose production activity input is high such as armchair, sofa, bed, automotive, home textile, package, heat and sound insulation, started to production in the year 2007.

The company, realizing 60% of its total production for the factories incorporated in Boydak Holding and delivering the remaining 40% to the other producing companies with the wide distribution network in Turkey, carries out its activities with 188 personnel 169 of which in Kayseri center and 19 in Adapazarı . Flexible polyurethane foams in various colors, dimension, types and physical characteristics are produced in the international standards in the Form Sünger facilities which is the leader of polyurethane foam industry with foam production of 800 thousand m3. Form Sünger, holding TSEN ISO 9001-2008, OHSAS 18001-2008 Occupational Health and Safety, ISO 14001 Environment Management certificates, is the first company in Turkey which was awarded with CERTIPUR certificate by producing foam in compliance with the SHE (Safety, Healthy, Environment) standards developed by European Association of Flexible Polyurethane Foam Blocks Manufacturers (EUROPUR).

The year 2008 import of Form Sünger, producing 17 thousand 500 tones of raw materials in 2008, realized as 27 million 500 thousand dollar.
