Adakar was established on May 05, 2003 for selling and marketing Sofa-Sitting Groups, Beds, Bases, Carpets, Home Textile, Panel Furniture, branded Istikbal, Bellona and Mondi, Deco Carpet-Accessories  and Istikbal Regina products in the Western Black Sea Region to which it is affiliated. The company finds the stores complying with brand identity in the regions lack of distributors and deals with any phases from decoration to sales in the stores. Adakar, merging with our company Karbel in November 2008, carries out advertising campaigns through the channels such as local TV, local newspaper, outdoor on behalf of the brands within its body.
Adakar operates for providing the best and quality service to the Istikbal, Bellona, Mondi distributors located in the provinces of Sakarya, Kocaeli, Düzce, Bolu, Karabük, Zonguldak and Bartın with 81 personnel and 26 car parks in a covered area of 12.000 m2. Adakar serves to consumers with 53 distributors in total comprising 1 home concept, 23 centrums, 13 showroom, 10 sample stores, 2 dreamlands and 4 sub distributors under Istikbal brand and 38 distributors in total with 23 type A, 6 type B, 2 type C and 7 sample stores under Bellona brand. Besides, it has 47 distributors in total 9 one which are individual and 38 are sub distributors.  
Adakar provides after sales services in the region it is affiliated through the Central warehouse in Adapazarı and service branches in Zonguldak.
